A position has arisen for a Customer Service Team Leader within my client who are a fast growing well established business with longevity in their specialist sector. The company has a family feel and value their employees. The primary function of the position will be to; Lead and supervise the customer service team Processing customer orders received via telephone. Handle Telephone enquiries Business driven and understand rate margins to maximize company profits.
