Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 Hours of Work: 9:00am - 5:30pm An exciting opportunity to join our client as a Customer Service Administrator. Working closely with the Department Manager you will be responsible for managing all customer queries and other customer transactions which include administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Maximise first time resolution rate and overall customer experience Manage all inbound calls and queries within expected SLA Ensure positive and satisfactory response to the customer Ensure that all correspondence is sorted, batched, logged and distributed in a timely manner Provide excellent service to customers and given the right opportunity, optimise profitability Develop and maintain strong relationships with local Sales and Vendor teams to ensure that SLA levels are being adhered to but also to optimise profitability Take ownership of administration problems and be pro active in resolving them Effectively communicate with all internal departments to bring prompt and accurate resolution to issues Participate in projects as required What We're Looking For: Experience in a similar customer service role Experience and knowledge of Asset Finance/Vendor Programs Ability to demonstrate strong customer facing skills Excellent analytical and administration skills with demonstrated strong attention to detail a definite requirement Ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external partners A committed, enthusiastic and flexible approach at all times Proficient in Microsoft Suite Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative Graduate qualification in relevant discipline (business studies, accountancy, or economics) desirable but not essential Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
