Overview

Central Employment are delighted to be once again partnering with a very successful technology-based business who are looking to recruit an Aftersales Support Manager/Customer Advisor in Newcastle. A successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team and helping drive the company forward by offering a high level of customer service to existing customers. This is a full time, permanent role working Monday-Friday. Responsibilities Ensuring regular communication with existing clients is maintained Assisting customers in resolving their queries Proactive approach to resolving customer issues which will result in better experience for them Communicating feedback from customers to other departments to ensure constant improvements Data analysis to support other teams in performing better by offering better service What we are looking for Previous experience in customer services or account management would be desirable Experience of speaking to customers at all levels Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients Experience of reporting and data analysis would be strongly desirable Willingness to take on new responsibilities to ensure smooth operations in the team Strong interpersonal and communication skills This role is an immediate start so please apply online (attaching your CV) as soon as possible.
