Overview
Netwirking Ltd are currently working with one of the fastest growing tech businesses in the North East as they look to add a Aftersales Support Manager to their office in the City Centre. The role duties will include: Ensuring engagement and support with existing clients is maintained. Analysing data to support and inform account management activity. Assist in standard aftersales support where required. Managing customers with different requirements and discussing strategies to help with their performance on the platform. Contributing to team and business projects. We are looking for a diligent individual who: Has previous customer service/account management experience. Can build a good rapport with existing customers. Can provide a fantastic level of customer service and willing to go 'the extra mile’ to support valued customers. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills. Is well organized and able to prioritise workload. Has a positive approach to their work. Is comfortable working towards individual and team targets. Has previous experience analysing data which informs daily activity. Has inbound and outbound telephony experience.
