Senior Recruitment Consultant Are you currently working as a Recruitment Consultant and not in a rewarding or motivating environment? Have you been consistently hitting/overachieving your targets for more than 18 months? Are you billing £100k ? If you've been in the industry 18 months and you’re still on a basic salary of under £28,000, then we need to speak about the market This company offer a competitive basic salary for the right person with relevant experience and has a phenomenal commission structure in the market - their tiered commission structure goes up to 40% (anything over £40k billed monthly). They are also extremely well known in their sector, so business development here is not hard Our client is looking for someone with 18 months recruitment experience (in any sector) to join their globally successful business. They are not KPI driven, they want people who can motivate themselves and let their will-to-win attitude drive them forward. They have desks available in contract and perm, and the option to relocate after a year to build out their team in Germany. This company is a leading IT & Technology recruitment business that is a leader in java script, cloud, data & analytics and Python. They were founded 10 years ago and now have a strong team of 28 consultants. They are located near Tower Bridge in Central London and have their own swanky office space. This company aspire to double in size by this time next year and they have a strong hold of the market and want ambitious individuals to come on board and challenge the multiple £300k billers within the business.
