Technical Graduate Or Trainee - Computer Science/Computer Networks/Network and Security (2:2 and above or A Level qualifications) Location: Reading This is a great opportunity for a recent IT graduate or college leaver to join a strong IT team that will provide you with on the job training, making use of and building on the knowledge/skills you've gained from your studies. This is a challenging role that will suit a recent graduate or college leaver. The role requires excellent technical and customer service aptitude coupled with strong business awareness. Technical Competencies Messaging and mailflow concepts (Exchange, spam filtering) Windows systems (IIS, AD) Server Administration (AD, O365) Understand the different DNS records types and their purposes Networking concepts (Firewalls, Proxy Servers, DMZ) Education and Behavioural Competencies Must have attained a minimum 2:2 honours degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar or have recently studied an IT related subject at A Level Must be fluent English speaker, with excellent oral and written and listening communications skills Proven interest/passion for IT GCS Computer Recruitment Services is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
