Commercial Litigation Solicitor Manchester This leading Top 100 Northern practice in Manchester is currently recruiting into its Commercial Litigation team. They are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join them in the heart of Manchester. The Role The role is for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join an award-winning team in their Manchester office where they will be carrying their own caseload across a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters including: Contract Disputes Shareholders and Partnership Disputes Professional Negligence Claims Contentious Probate Financial Services Litigation IP Claims About You You will: Be a junior- mid level Commercial Litigation Solicitor around 1-5 years PQE Have commercial litigation experience from a recognised practice with a strong disputes team Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Be innovative and commercial in your thinking The Team and Firm The overall team is split across 3 offices in the North of England and has been recognised as one of the leading dispute resolution teams at the Legal 500 law awards. The Manchester team is smaller than the other offices and there is a clear opportunity here to progress and make a mark in the practice area.
