ROLE Joining the residential property team this is a fee earning role requiring high standards of accuracy and efficiency with confident delivery of day to day residential conveyancing. REQUIREMENTS You will be an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Residential Conveyancer or Legal Executive with the ability to handle transactional work and to develop existing and new client relationships. You will have at least 6-7 years PQE and be currently working as a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer managing high caseloads with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. A proven track record in business development, and establishing long term relationships with referrers. Experience of leading a team would be advantageous.
