Family Solicitor or Fully Qualified CILEx, Herefordshire, 2 PQE, Salary £30,000 to £40,000, plus benefits, including flexible working hours Monday to Friday. Well regarded legal practice. Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Family Lawyer, capable of working across the whole range of family law services. JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor or Fully Qualified CILEx, PQE: 2 LOCATION: Hertfordshire SALARY: £30,000 to £40,000 (DOE) THE ROLE: You will be required to provide a high quality, efficient and effective legal service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times and to promote and develop the Family Team and the firm. Achieve billing, time and fee earning targets set. An appetite to continue to develop your personal skills and experience within your field of expertise. You will be handling a mixed bag of privately funded matters such as divorce, domestic abuse and financial provision to name a few. THE CANDIDATE: As a dedicated family legal practitioner, you will be able to work effectively within a team, as well as efficiently running an individual caseload. Must be able to work with other fee earners and seek advice and assistance whenever needed, to develop knowledge and skills. Organised, competent, enthusiastic and ambitious, you will be driven to deliver the very best results for the client and the firm.
