You will be dealing with a range of newly built transactions, from initial instruction through to post-completion, supported by paralegals and a first-class case management system. Clients include affluent individuals, investors and overseas buyers. You will already be an experienced residential property solicitor - probably working for a well regarded London firm - who has dealt extensively with prestigious new build properties. Experience of managing junior team members, such as paralegals and other fee earners, would be advantageous.
