A prominent Legal 500 firm in Brighton is looking for an experienced and ambitious senior corporate associate solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE to join its busy and successful corporate department. You will be working on a caseload of your own while supervising junior lawyers in the team. The type of work undertaken will include advising on shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, partnership agreements, business sales and acquisitions, M&As and drafting a range of commercial agreements. This established practice has an excellent reputation within Sussex and is an employer of choice in the local market, boasting a very low turnover of staff and established client contacts.
