A well regarded Legal 500 ranked law firm in Altrincham is seeking an ambitious construction solicitor (2-4 years' PQE) to deal with both contentious and non-contentious matters. Working alongside a leading, Legal 500 recommended partner, your role will be to handle a varied caseload of a good mix of construction work. You will have plenty of client contact and advise developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, funders, purchasers, tenants and occupiers on all aspects of development projects. This specialist Construction Team has an impressive, well-developed client base and offers expertise across all aspects of construction law including non-contentious agreements, appointments and warranties, as well as wide ranging disputes referred to both litigation and arbitration. You must be a qualified/experienced construction solicitor (2 years' PQE) likely with exposure to both litigated and non-contentious work. You will come from a recognised firm and will have the ability to work in a close-knit dedicated Construction Team. You will also have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client care.
