Construction Solicitor REF: NG54 Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 Location: Altrincham Job Type: Full Time Job Section: Private Practice Experience: 2 - 10 PQE Contact: Nathan Green Multi specialist Law Firm in Altrincham seeks a Real Estate Solicitor. Successful candidates must have 2 - 10 years’ PQE and competent handling all Construction Solicitor duties such as, advising on procurement strategies and the preparation and negotiation of standard form, bespoke construction and engineering contracts, sub-contracts, professional appointments, guarantees, bonds and other ancillary construction documents. As well as this, advising on the construction aspects of development agreements including funding and property agreements. You will be a hardworking, reliable individual who is able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
