Property Claims Handler Preston £17,000 to £18,500 benefits Our client, a highly respected insurance organisation based in Preston, is currently looking for a Property Claims Handler. The role will focus on handling Property claims, as well as providing excellent customer service at all times. Responsibilities Handling Property claims and related product claims efficiently. Providing telephone claims advice and assistance in a professional manner. Following standard claims procedure to determine the validity of claims. Communicating professionally at all times with a variety of people, and providing a high level of customer service. Reporting any complaints received to a Department Supervisor. Requirements Candidates must have claims handling experience in order to be considered for the role. Any claims experience is fine, but experience of handling Property claims is preferred. Administration skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including a professional telephone manner. Computer literate with strong keyboard skills.
