An opportunity to undertake a most exciting and challenging position has arisen for a passionate Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving High Street Practice. This particular team offers substantial levels of expertise across the full remit of civil litigation matters. OVERVIEW: • This role offers the successful solicitor the opportunity to manage a small team in addition to a variety of interesting civil litigation matters • Your caseload is likely to include Landlord and Tenant matters, contractual disputes, employment litigation and boundary disputes • You will need to be hands on in resolving legal issues and your ability to balance leadership with the right values for the best commercial outcomes will be a significant factor in your success • The firm require an ambitious individual with the flair required to lead a small team to success and achievement • A qualified Solicitor with upwards of five years experience gained within civil litigation, driven and motivated, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide robust advice to clients • You will take enjoyment from developing and mentoring more junior team members of staff and will be able to demonstrate your track record in this area • You will possess the highest level of personal integrity alongside an active and dynamic approach to work and ‘getting things done'
