Are you an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal looking to join a highly reputable Legal 200 firm in Lancashire? Due to organic growth, an award-winning, multi-office firm is seeking a residential conveyancing paralegal to join the expansive Residential Property Team in Blackburn. Reporting directly to the Head of Conveyancing, you will be handling a full caseload of conveyancing files from instruction through to completion which will incorporate all aspects of conveyancing. Here, you will also be responsible for managing deadlines, building relationships with clients and third parties, as well as assisting the team by ensuring company targets are met. If you hold a paralegal qualification this would be advantageous but is not essential. You will also ideally have at least 12 months' experience within residential conveyancing. The firm will offer you a competitive salary dependant on experience, a bonus scheme and flexible working options.
