Overview
My client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor for their Blackburn offices. Ideally you will have at least 12 months hands on experience. You will be dealing with your own caseload in sales, purchases, leasehold, new builds, help to buy, equity release and remortgages. Covering all client meetings, exchanges, replies to searches, completion statements and completions. The role has come about to an increased workload, so you will be hitting the ground running.
