Overview
Due to organic growth, this well regarded law firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated residential conveyancer to join its modern office in Old Trafford, Manchester. As a result of continuous development, you will be working closely with a small, friendly and ambitious team (made up of the Head of Conveyancing, 3 senior fee earners and 3 junior fee earners). You will be handling a high volume caseload managing all aspects of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. The opportunity to gain exposure to commercial property is also a real possibility, depending on experience. To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year's experience handling your own caseload, be able to work well within a team and have excellent communication in order to build relationships with customers/clients and third parties.
