Family Paralegal
Overview
A Family Paralegal is required for an exciting opportunity with an award winning law firm, for their central Newcastle office. Applications are invited from experienced Family Law Paralegals or experienced Legal Assistants/Secretaries with family legal aid experience. Candidates who are actively looking to make a first or second move and secure more autonomy in the day to day should apply. On offer is a competitive salary which is negotiable and dependent on experience and a fantastic and market leading training and development programme. The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly team assisting with the day to day management of a caseload of Family Law matters. Day to day duties will include dealing with all technical aspects of each case including title checking and review of all relevant paperwork, organising and prioritising the case load to ensure that all cases are progressed in a timely manner and dealing with interested parties queries. Full support and training will be provided. The work is low - mid value and is of a very good quality given the firms size. They benefit from a number of repeat referrals due to their high client satisfaction and are keen to continue to develop this further. You will be expected to provide excellent client and customer service at all times.
