The role - You will be recruiting highly-specialist Commercial professionals . There is a team of 4 recruiters, who each bill £125,000 per year , which is one of the most successful teams within the HQ in London. Due to this success, they are looking to expand this team with another ambitious individual. The ideal candidate - At least 3 years’ recruitment experience, with a knowledge of Commercial Recruitment Proven track record and billing history Entrepreneurial and ambitious mentality Highly credible professional who can build rapport with clients Articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills You enjoy taking on responsibility and managing your own workload Benefits Excellent commission structure Individually tailored progression programme Close team working environment Annual Christmas events
