Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Continuous Improvement Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract for a rapidly emerging telecoms client based in Milton Keynes. This role is about coming in and looking at current processes and deciding what way way is best to improve them as the business grows with a key focus on looking at the Applicant Tracking System to make this as seamless and efficient as possible allowing it to deal correctly with the growth of staff in years to come. The ideal candidate would have helped implement an ATS system for a corporate client in the past either as an employee or a consultant and had the adaptability to also look at other areas of the business where improvement could be made. This is an important role for the business to assist them in being fully geared up for the future and hence a salary of up to £70,000 is on offer depending on relevant experience.
