The home boasts an excellent reputation for the high quality of care that they provide and an outstanding CQC rating. The home has a fantastic reputation for delivering residential, nursing and specialist care for people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. It also delivers short-term respite care, sensitive and palliative end of life care. The manager is able to accommodate to both full time and part time hours and are flexible with regard to shift pattern offering days, nights or mixed shifts. Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager.
