Overview

Domus are pleased to be working with a progressive, forward thinking organisation based in the West Midlands to recruit for a Project Manager. This organisation provides person centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues across a wide range of services including community support, supported living and re-ablement services. They are paying between £20,000 and £25,000 dependent on experience and qualifications. Role Responsibility Supervise a staff team to provide a high standard of support for individuals using the service. Assist the Support Coordinator with the planning of staff rotas on a monthly and weekly basis, ensuring shifts are fully covered with minimal use of agency staff. Carry out supervisions with staff to ensure agreed targets reflect the individuals' needs. To promote effective communication and relationships with service users and their families/representatives, and with fellow colleagues, ensuring that individual methods of communication are considered. The Ideal Candidate Will have a good knowledge of adults with a learning disability and/or associated needs including those with mental health conditions. Have a clear knowledge and understanding of CQC Fundamental standards and KLOEs. Good communication skills, both written and spoken. Will be able to build and maintain positive relationships with staff teams, individuals supported and families of the individuals supported. Will be flexible in working a variety of shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
