Your new role Assistance to gain and improve managing skills which would enable self- help and the self-management of mental health problems and difficulties. Being able to assist patients to achieve their own road to recovery and Individualised planning of treatment and care as well as risk assessment. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for dynamic HCA to work at this hospital. You'll be organised and compassionate and have a determined focus on patient recovery. You'll monitor, manage and reduce risk while helping to prepare service users for independent living.
