Overview

Hampton's Resourcing are currently working with a private Adult's Learning Disabilities services provider to support them with the recruitment of a Registered Manager based in Stevenage for a 5 bedded home for adults Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex needs which requires a strong and quality focused manager to bring this home which is currently rated RI with CQC to delivering top quality care and support and to achieve a rating of GOOD on the next inspection. The appointed Manager will be expected to provide a needs led service for adults with learning disabilities by adopting a person centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices. The appointed manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering the home's Statement of Purpose and managing the team to achieve the same. You will be expected to ensure all aspects of the Management of the home meet with the National Care Standards Act 2000, the requirements of CQC and contract compliance, together with all other relative legislative requirements.
