Overview
Eventus Legal are seeking a qualified Employment Lawyer with experience to join a successful team based in Chester. The successful candidate will be heading up the Employment Department and working independently on some very complex cases. Role responsibilities The incoming Employment Lawyer will be responsible as Head of Department and will have full autonomy of their own Employment caseload consisting of matters such as: - General Employment Law Advice Settlement Agreements Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks Service Agreements Consultancy Agreement Employment Tribunal Advice Pers on specification Applications are welcomed from Senior Employment Solicitors/Legal Executives. It would be highly desirable for candidates to have a following, although this is not essential. Experience in a management position/Head of Department would also be highly desirable for this role.
