Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and passionate employment solicitor (NQ-2 years' PQE) or legal executive to join a rapidly expanding employment law specialist practice in the heart of Chester It is an exciting time to be joining this team of employment law specialists. They have a fast-growing client base and deal with the full spectrum of employment law cases including TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, grievance invites/outcome letters, contracts of employment and employee handbooks, etc. You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a background in employment law and, ideally, respondent matters as this will be the focus of your work. You will have gained experience during your training or prior employment and have had exposure to a variety of employment law matters. You will work closely with the other team members and have full training and support throughout whilst still maintaining the autonomy to handle your own portfolio of cases without the pressure of billing targets. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary which will be in line with your previous experience.
