You will start on a 3-6 months training program where you will learn all aspects of property & recruitment. We will teach you how to find the best candidates in the market from market mapping, head hunting, job boards, LinkedIn & creating yourself the best property network. Over your first 6 months you'll be feeding candidates into our senior consultants while you learn the recruitment basics. Then when you've completed your training, you'll mange the entire recruitment process from obtaining jobs to work on, initial candidate attraction, final job offers & aftercare of your candidates. Although your job is initially very phone based, you'll meet every candidate you represent to gain further understanding of their needs & for you to represent the deverellsmith brand.
