Overview
Where? Work from home - train and assess learners around the Midlands. Why and When Are We Hiring? As our business grows, we are taking on more exciting training and assessing contracts, both for IT apprentices and our commercial clients alike.Therefore, we are always looking for experienced IT Technical Trainers and Assessors to join our team. In this role, you will use your expertise in the field to deliver first class IT training to enthusiastic learners, both young and old(er) As an IT Technical Trainer and Assessor, you will have plenty of freedom and the autonomy to plan your own diary. As you will be managed remotely, we are looking for professionals who can deliver training and assessment to apprentices and commercial clients without being micro-managed. You will work alongside a professional team of Delivery Managers, Pathway Planners, Subject Matter Experts, Quality Improvement Analysts and all the back office support you’d expect to enable you to do your job to the very best of your abilities … and you might have some fun along the way How You’ll Make an Impact? Develop and deliver top quality IT training to apprentices and commercial learners using Microsoft Teams Assess learners’ achievements and implementation of concepts in the workplace on a 1-2-1 basis Work with clients and SMEs to shape new recruits into future IT professionals Work alongside the sales and marketing teams to further develop commercial opportunities in the market What We’re Hoping You’ll Have? Good experience teaching and assessing IT apprentices at level 3 and above Thorough understanding of the IT apprenticeship Standards (infrastructure technician, software developer technician, technical sales, digital marketing, software tester, network engineer and data analyst) MTA certifications in Cloud and Networking Professional Assessing qualification (ideally CAVA) Experience working in a boutique IT training company An enthusiasm for and background in client-facing roles A car and valid driving licence to regularly get round all your learners in the Midlands region Intequal is an Ofsted rated "Good" IT training provider with an excellent reputation in the industry.
