Overview
A busy Leeds-based Motor Insurance team are currently looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal. The successful candidate will already have fee-earning experience, ideally in a defendant RTA environment and exposure to fast-track claims work. You will be learning from industry leading experts in a friendly and committed working environment and get involved in a variety of tasks such as :- •Use of the case management system and / or use of standard documentation wherever appropriate to maximise cost efficiency •Interpret financial information to monitor your own performance against agreed targets ensuring there's an ability to explain any differential; •Pro-actively support the ongoing development of Junior Paralegals / Administrative Assistants within the Practice Group / Practice Area, delegating tasks where appropriate As an experienced Paralegal you will have exposure to progressing cases to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients whilst providing and maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement.
