Trainee Lettings Consultant

I'm working with a growing and reputable Estate Agency who offer on-going training and regular training courses to improve your knowledge. They have high employee satisfaction (with regular staff socials), a low turnover and progression opportunities. This Trainee Lettings Consultant position is both office and field based liasing with tenants and landlords. You will assess each prospective tenant's particular needs and assist them with their search for rented accomodation, coordinating viewings as required and taking feedback. You will negotiate offers between landlords and prospective tenants and compile references for any successful tenancies. Hours: Monday- Friday 08:30 - 18:00 approx 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 -17:00 with a day off in lieu during the week. Salary: £17,000 basic plus commission. You will expect to earn £18,000 - £20,000 with your first year.
