They have an established team with circa 8 in the Finance team, you will report directly into the FC who will mentor and train you from day one. Description The successful Newbury based Graduate Trainee Accountant for this role will get exposure to the following key duties: Sales & revenue trackers Asset management Payroll processing support Journal processing Month end support Balance sheet reconciliation Adhoc analysis Profile The ideal Graduate Trainee Accountant will be able to start on less than a months notice, and come from one of the following backgrounds: Graduate from a numerical degree, eg Finance & Accountancy, Economics, Business, Statistics etc. Non Graduate with some experience of business based analyst work Someone looking for a career change and has a numerical background and looking to start afresh with a new career. More important than your work history will be you ability to show a flexible approach and build relationships within a small team, as this company are very collaborative and work well with each other.
