Overview
We are looking for Support Workers who to work within Residential care homes, Supoprted living services and Mental health services in Swindon, Calne, Marlborough and Malmesbury. Experience is essential and working hours range from 4 hours to 24 hours and waking nights. The person must have these attributes: a compassionate nature, cheerful, sound judgement, good initiative and will pay attention to detail. You must be willing to carry out a wide range of tasks, offering people emotional and physical support, the chance to live an independent life and in some cases personal care. Support workers will also need to maintain accurate records within the services they work for.
