Relief & Ad-Hoc Support Worker Opportunities available across South Wales BRC are looking for experienced Support Workers, to join our ever-growing relief team. BRC Ad-Hoc & Relief Support Workers enjoy a flexible working schedule that fits around all aspects of their lives, while having the opportunity to work with a variety of the most respected Support Providers and Charities in South Wales. As a relief support worker, you will gain valuable experience across a range of static support services, including hostels, temporary accommodation projects, crisis intervention services and women's refuges. You will be offered the opportunity to work with a range of support needs which include; the homeless, those with mental health and substance misuse issues, young adults/care leavers, and women and families fleeing domestic abuse. Terms and conditions: All Referral schemes exclude candidates who are currently registered with BRC and are actively seeking work. £75 is offered for contract and shift role, £125 for permanent placements The award will only be paid if the referred individual is placed by BRC in temporary or permanent employment (Must complete at least 4 weeks of full-time temporary work, 20 relief shifts or pass probation of a permanent role.) The referring party must notify the referred person and seek consent for their details to be handed over to BRC. To qualify for a reward, your friend must be referred and placed within a 12 month period. We can only accept referrals for people already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK. Candidates can only be referred once. In the event that a candidate is referred more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate will be eligible for a reward under this scheme.
