Sales Engineer / Presales Consultant You will already be a specialist in VSAT networks, Managed Networks, Satellite Communications, Terrestrial Networks and WAN Optimization You will be working for a leading Satellite Communications company. Connecting Europe with converged satellite and terrestrial systems. Inventing the next award-winning technology. Creating solutions that shape the future of European communication market. The position is for a Sales Engineer dedicated to providing technical support to EMEA Sales and Channel Sales teams. The responsibilities include technical ownership of 'proof of concept’ trials and technical demonstrations to Distribution Partners, Value Added Resellers-, end-users and technology partners. In addition, the Sales Engineer will provide technical leadership to Product Development activities. The Sales Engineer is expected to have a strategic focus and work closely with Technology Partners to help shape the direction of end-user solutions. Required Key Skills Technical understanding of the end-to-end provision of MSS/telecom services Technical understanding of the end-to-end provision of M2M/IoT services Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, and strong presentation skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Strategic outlook Strong commercial aptitude and approach Knowledge/Experience Desired At least 5 years of relevant professional experience Demonstratable experience of networking, with network components Familiarity with Mobile Communications technologies and core networks Knowledge of IoT and M2M applications If you’re interested in applying for this role please submit a CV with your current salary expectations and notice period.
