Overview
Repairs Administrator Morgan Hunt are currently working with Housing organisation within North West London to recruit for a Repairs Administrator. This opportunity is a Temporary to Permanent Contract. Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to the housing management team Working Hours: 8am to 6pm The main duties of the role will be: Excellent customer service General administration, updating inhouse systems Providing professional, welcoming environment to visitors Liaising with internal and external stakeholder Dealing with lease holders general enquires Using Dynamics and CRM Providing general office support Handling and receiving Inbound calls Answering queries and resolving straight forward enquiries Managing emergency jobs and distributing across engineers Keeping up to date with Tenant repairs and ensuring they have been dealt with appropriately Producing written documents and correspondences for customers and clients using Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel. Arranged appointments and assisted with staff meetings, ensured rooms were available when needed. Maintain reception area General Ad hoc duties The ideal Candidate will have: Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role - Housing Repairs Previous experience of providing great customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to handle and manage a high workload Knowledge of tenant residential enquiries Ability to remain tactful when dealing with sensitive cases Provide basic housing management advice or assistance Ability to work in a high-pressured environment and providing and delivering excellent results consistently If you are interested in this position please forward your CV or contact Nicole Clavier 0n .
