The Company recruiting for the Field Service Technician: This successful business is looking to add to their currently well skilled national service team. Built around a great team working environment this company are looking for its next engineer to be based in the North of England. Working with some if its largest customers you will be responsible for a looking after a large public sector contract. The Role of the Field Service Technician: You will be responsible for the Northern region of the country working closely with your customer base to ensure all equipment meets working expectations. Having good customer service skills are extremely beneficial as you will be working in a wide variety of customers. All equipment is surveyed on site and repaired, replaced accordingly or alternatives suggested. Due to the nature of the role there is the need for travel throughout your region but overnight stays are rare, however overtime is optional. There will be an element of training and basic presentation so being confident in this environment will be a distinct advantage. The Candidate for the Field Service Technician: The successful candidate needs to resourceful, practical and be a team player. You will feel comfortable working on a variety of equipment and have a fault finding and solution-based approach. This could have been picked up through a variety of channels - hands on experience, hobby or through education. Ideally having a hands-on practical maintenance experience Excellent customer service & communications skills Self-drive/motivation, team player & can-do attitude The Package for the Field Service Technician: ·£33,000 - £36,000 salary including overtime, plus more overtime available if required ·Fully Expensed Company Vehicle ·Company Pension ·20 days holiday plus stats Please apply for this job online if you are interested and feel you fit the above criteria.
