Duties: Deliver a thorough understanding of all tasks and duties in order to assign to your team Maintain a staff rota Respond promptly to adhoc requests from internal and external customers Work collaboratively with fellow FM to ensure a seamless service within the business Provide cover where needed Report to FM Coordinator Complete administration tasks Assist with office moves Ensure a clear understanding and delivery of Health & Safety Person Specification: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Polite Enthusiastic 'can do' attitude Good sense of humour Professional even when under pressure Confident Positive Customer service focussed Proven ability to work closely with others as part of a team Smartly presented Good timekeeping and attendance Ability to use own initiative Able to work as part of a team Flexible to ensure a high standard of service delivery Willing to take ownership and responsibility for own actions and duties
