FACILITIES PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR - EXCELLENT CAREER PROSPECTS - EARLY FINISH ON A FRIDAY Our client is a global manufacturer based on the outskirts of Leeds; as a result of continued growth, they now require a Facilities Purchasing Administrator to provide administrative support to the Site Maintenance Manager and Maintenance team. JOB DESCRIPTION Ordering parts and materials for the Maintenance department. Raising purchase orders. Managing information flows into and out of the department. Coordinating all audit information and compiling statistical data. Drafting and amending worksheets and standard operating procedures. Ensuring all databases are maintained and updated. Document control of the Facilities function. Dealing with senior management, colleagues, suppliers and customers. All other duties as relevant to the post. PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience within an administrative role within a fast-paced environment ideally manufacturing or similar CIPS qualification would be beneficial Microsoft Office, Excel and SAP Excellent communication and listening skills Negotiation skills Highly organised Full UK driving licence JS Recruitment UK Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
