Are you an experienced Customer Care Manager looking for a new role? Do you have experience working within a Construction/Engineering office? Due to growth and company expansion, Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Customer Care Manager on behalf of a client of ours in the Walsall area. This role will be looking after a small Customer Service team within a busy construction company and will report directly to the MD. Managing the company's Customer Care Team, this role will be responsible for taking initial client enquiries, right through to delivery and completion, consistently feeding back to the client and keeping them well informed with where the project is at as well as liaising with internal staff members. For the right Customer Care Manger with relevant experience within construction/engineering, my client are offering a competitive salary around £24k-£28k as well as good scope to progress. Duties: Taking initial enquiry and job sheet from the client. Accurate data entry. Liaising with internal departments and staff members for updates on job/quote. Feeding back to the client with pricing/timescale. Managing a customer care team. Other administrative duties as delegated by the MD. The Customer Care Manager plays a vital role within the management team, and bridges the communication gap from site to customers.
