THE ROLE Resourcing candidates through job sites, adverts, Linkedin and networking Screening candidates over the phone and face to face Establishing relationships with candidates and guiding them from the interview process to successful placement Working with your team to reach targets- through managing the candidate process efficiently helping job roles to be placed quickly Inputting candidate's details into CRM databases Monday to Friday office hours THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE You have previous experience in a customer service/ admin environment and are used to working with people in a fast-paced setting.
