Overview
We are searching for a Senior Technical Manager to work for one of the most iconic residential developers in London. This role will be reporting into the Head of Technical and Technical Director working on a challenging development in West London which has multiple phases all at different stages of the build. The ideal candidate will: Be technically competent Have an affable and approachable manner Be able to communicate effectively with all colleagues across the departments Have extensive experience on high rise RC frame residential developments, working for either another developer or a main contractor Take pride in their work and the development they will be responsible for Possess a good work ethic This role is working for the best of the best and as such we are looking for a candidate who will match On offer for the role is an outstanding salary and package.
