Overview
I am looking for an account administrator to join a growing team on the outskirts of Maidstone. The role will include Develop and maintaining professional relationships Supporting customers with their needs and overcoming any issues they may have Meeting customer needs and understanding their needs and finding solutions to support individuals Inputting all information and keeping information up to date on computer system Attending business meetings General office administration Responding to email enquires Dealing with telephone calls Experience and skills required: Previous work within an account manager or account support role Have experience liaising and supporting customers Be able to make and develop professional relationships Have an excellent telephone manner Great communication skills – written and verbal This is a full time permanent role Driving licence is required Salary £20-£22k Excellent benefits package If you are interested and fit the required skill set please apply below.
