Overview
Project Manager – Asset Planning - Based Andover / Amesbury - North Hampshire / Wiltshire / Salisbury Plain area Excellent opportunity for an experienced property / building project manager for a high profile role centred on projects in Wiltshire / North Hampshire. Salary to £42K benefits Purpose: Ensure projects are fully defined, specified and tendered / competitively priced with all the necessary surveys. Provide project handover files to the Project Delivery Team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with ADSL’s Management System QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures. Liaise with outside agencies/ external stake holders as required to assist in the coordination of access and / or programming of works. Ensure projects are planned so they can be executed with minimum disruption to Services and the customer. Experience & Skills required: NQF Level 4/5 in relevant discipline. Recognised Project Management qualification. Deliver a high-quality service that meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations. Proven knowledge and understanding of building regulations. Proven knowledge and application of current CDM Regulations. Demonstrate sound broad technical knowledge of specification package NBS and the ability to apply that knowledge to tendering works.
