Overview
Project Manager (Construction/Infrastructure) - Andover - 1 Year Contract - �420 a day Umbrella (Inside IR35) We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager (Construction/Infrastructure) to join the team of a public sector organisation within Andover. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Ensuring safe management and delivery of infrastructure construction projects. Provide effective management, motivation, co-ordination and development of project teams to deliver a portfolio of projects to time, cost, quality and performance parameters. Manage financial performance of projects within agreed tolerances to control expenditure against approved project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting to senior management. Ensuring adherence and conformity to all agreed processes and operating procedures and particularly those which are detailed under key infrastructure process. Key Tasks Project Management for: Infrastructure delivery Manage and monitor performance at the technical level Financial management Reports and returns To be suitable for this opportunity; the following qualifications or experience is required: NVQ Level 5 in HNC/HND or higher in a Construction, Infrastructure or Engineering related discipline. Membership to a professional body or institution and a project management qualification is desirable. Previous experience in construction projects.
