Overview
Care More are working alongside an established organisation to recruit an RMN/RGN for one of their unique retirement village’s based in London. The role is with a luxury retirement, as a Staff Nurse you will support and lead the care team in meeting regulatory standards and delivering outstanding care to our residents. The successful individual will report to the Clinical Lead and Deputy Head of Care and will be accountable to the Head of Care. We are seeking an individual with a genuine passion for nursing care and, in particular, for nursing home services. The service predominantly supports elderly people wanting to live a life of their choice and to be as independent as possible. You will need enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to support your personal and professional development.
