No experience needed, just a keen interest in the IT sector required Your new company You will be working for a fast- growing insurance company based in Witney. Who pride themselves on offering a contentious and professional level of customer service. Your new role You will be responsible for the administration and support of various core business applications, all of which you will be given a hands -on training to deliver. This will include the resolution of IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems for customers and users. As well you will provide ad-hoc application support to IT projects. What you'll need to succeed You will be an IT enthusiast looking to take a step into the sector and have the ambition for career progression. You will be customer focused and goal orientated with keen attention to detail to ensure service levels are met. As well you must be diligent, determined, flexible and have excellent communication skills.
