Service Desk Analyst - NHS SBS Huntingdon Job Type - 6 Month FTC, Full Time Package - Up to £18,000 3% flex fund, pension, life assurance, annual leave (25 days bank holidays) Working Hours - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday Role Overview Do you have previous Customer Service experience? Used to dealing direct with clients? Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities? If the answer is yes……We want to hear from you Working as part of a busy 1st Line support team dealing with enquires for IT Support. You will be dealing with queries form internal and NHS Trust clients to support with troubleshooting, password resets and general first line support. Key Responsibilities Completing request entries and dealing with queries over the phone Dedicated direct interaction with our staff and Trust clients Keeping up to date with all new processes Reducing any existing backlog in a timely manner Ownership and resolution of more complex Essential Skills Previous customer service experience Excellent telephone and computer skills Attention to detail Organised with an ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines Good understanding of Microsoft packages (particularly Outlook & Excel) Reasons why you should apply to us Free onsite parking available Live in Leeds City Centre?
