Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Legal Markets An award-winning recruitment firm looking to grow by hiring the best and brightest recent graduates. Opportunities available across the UK as well as Europe. Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Legal The business is currently looking to hire Graduate Recruitment Associates into their Legal recruitment teams. They work with a broad range of legal firms, from magic circle law firms to private legal practices. Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Associate in Legal recruitment will focus on the generation of new candidates and learning the full recruitment cycle. You will begin to develop client relationships with existing clients and in time, develop your own new client relationships through business development. They are also not a typical recruitment business. They support the best and brightest professionals through the entirety of their careers, to maximise their potential and allow them to long term climb the career ladder - with previous trainees achieving Director status within 5 years.
