Clinical Interviewer

Day Webster, a UK leading recruitment agency based in Debden, Essex are looking for and individual to join their Clinical Governance team for a fixed 2 days per week. The person will have a clinical qualification and a relevant practise certificate. Have practical experience within acute care/or community care sector as a Registered Practitioner. Have an understanding of customer relations and first class customer service skills. Have an understanding of office systems, Microsoft Office and an understanding of the Data Protection Act and the Freedom of Information Act. Have an understanding of the importance of confidentiality. Have excellent interpersonal skills that enable the building of effective relationships and key personnel, including supporting teams of registered staff and senior Managers. To carry out face to face/Skype and telephone interviews with candidates as and when appropriate Input is provided on recruitment decisions liaising directly with the Compliance team To ensure the organisations registered professionals are supported with their own personal professional development and recognition plans, by carrying out annual appraisals, supporting with revalidation, and training needs and requirements To correspond with candidates and external clients, and other monitoring and governing bodies as appropriate Clinical expertise and advice is shared where appropriate with others within the organisation, to ensure and minimise clinical risk Clinical support and advice is provided to staff to ensure clinical standards required by the organisation are met To keep the administration process of logging candidate’s interviews, revalidation and appraisals, ensuring that all trackers and database systems are kept fully up to date, as necessary and maintained in a secure environment To support the delivery of high quality, client focused acute and community based Care To maintain own professional registration, credibility, accountability and development.
